Investing in people takes time and money.
At the end of it all, you’re not even sure if your employee will stay on.
But since people are expendable, why invest fully in them anyway?
If someone makes a mistake, as all humans do, is it their fault or the businesses’?
People get fired for making mistakes all the time. That’s the easy way out for the business. The harder thing to do is keep someone on and to keep investing in them.
I can only imagine what path your employees take when the business always take the easy option.
