Modern Day Loyalty

During the period of the baby boomers, business was booming. Year on year growth was the norm.

Then, when businesses couldn’t maintain this growth, they looked at their books and found that the easiest way to return to profits was to make people redundant.

Those same baby boomers ask why young people aren’t loyal like people were “back in the day”.

Stop making people redundant and people will be more loyal.

It’s a two way street.
