Closing the Loop

We get stressed because we know things aren’t complete.

That project at work that needs to be finished. That assignment for the kids. That mess in the house. That business idea we keep thinking will make us money.

Enough open loops leads to distraction and overwhelm.

Close the open loops in your mind.

Either finish something or explain why it can’t be finished right now. Write it down, put it away and move on.

Otherwise unfinished business will always remain unfinished.
