How do you know if you have a good idea?
- You believe it’s good
- The market believes it’s good, and acts on the product or service born from that idea.
First, you need to believe.
The easiest way to believe is to compare the idea to your values.
Want to make lots of money? Well you would rate the money making capabilities of the idea highly.
Want to help lots of people? Well you would rate the ability to help lots of people with the idea highly.
Want to be interested or excited? Well you would rate the excitement you get from pursuing the idea highly.
You’re more likely to believe an idea is good if it aligns with your value system.
