At Your Best

Think back to a time when you were at your best.
At work, in your relationships, in your health…
What made that time your best? What things were you doing for you to consider it to be a time when you were at your best?
Answer those questions, and start doing those things again.
Then repeat, until you’re are at your best more times and for longer.
Then…
Start to do them better to take your best to a new level.
